Registration Deadline
Online registration will be possible until 1 September 2026. Registration will be completed after payment is received by the Dutch Coeliac Society (NCV), and a ticket will be sent via email.
Payment Deadline
Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 7 days after receiving the invoice to secure your participation. Please note that all unpaid bookings will be deleted after the payment deadline without any notice.
Payment Method
By invoice only. After you register for the event, you will be invoiced by the Dutch Coeliac Society (NCV). Payment term is 7 days. We cannot accept payment by check, credit card or debit card.

Cancellation Policy
Substitutions may be made at any time, but please inform AOECS of any change to the participant's name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the AOECS immediately. Provided written notice is received by 26 August 2026, a full refund will be given, less a 10% administration charge. Cancellations after 26 August 2026, or no-shows at the conference, will not be reimbursed.
In the unlikely event that the organisers shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed, less a 10% administration charge. In the event that the organisers shall deem it necessary to postpone the conference due to force majeure, all pre-paid tickets will remain valid for the new date. In any case, the organisers shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by the registered participant.
Other terms
By registering for the AOECS General Assembly Open Conference, relevant details will be incorporated into a participant list. Normally, this information will be: name, surname, company/institution, country, telephone number and email address. These details may also be available for parties directly related to the AOECS, including the venues and accommodation providers. The Conference Organisers may use these details to inform participants of conference updates or future events via email.
The AOECS reserves the right to change any part of the event programme if necessary at any time.
